The last 14 months of my Dad’s life would not have been tolerable without the kind, loving and utmost respectful care of the services if Boston Private Nursing . My Dad was in the skillful and loving care of nurses Chris, Katia and Erin. The last week we had incredible 24 hour care for him. My Dad looked forward to each visit and they went above and beyond to meet every need that he had. They became family. The nurses provided added emotional support to all of our family and listened intently to all of his jokes and made every day a bit easier. I spoke with Megan frequently and she always met our needs with scheduling and provided so much support.

Boston Private Nursing is an outstanding group of dedicated health professionals. I was supporting my mother as she was in and out of the hospital last year, and at one point she was put on TPN and sent home. Visiting nurses were not approved beyond a few days, and we were left in a bind. She was unable to do the daily bag change herself, and I lived too far away to be able to make it daily. Strangely enough, even though the hospital and insurance co. were pushing family or friends to handle it, almost no home nursing companies would do it as it was considered too complex/risky. It was a panic inducing situation. But BPN had qualified and experienced nurses who could provide the specialized level of care and came through when no one else could. All this despite having fewer nurses available out in central MA. But they worked with us and put together a schedule that fit our needs. From the admin/billing side, to the managers/schedulers, to the nurses themselves, everyone was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled nursing support and care.
